Didn't have to wait 10 days....Erin got promoted!!!!

My precious daughter who has lived in Florida with her family and job for the last several years....GOT PROMOTED!

She is going to be living in Texas, just a few hours away from us. So excited I can hardly stand it.

Love being able to see my family all together again. WooHoo.

SPRING?

All the family are on springbreak....and I'm asking "where is Spring?"

Have one of the family in Breckenridge...skiing, have another sick with nasty yuck and now possible surgery, another one is busy with business and family and the last one is packing....Will share all about that in 10 days.

Meet Skye

This cute little guy was from a breeder and was a breed dog for five years a broker was handling him and I got him away from the broker. He is just barely 3 pounds and really needed rescuing. Never saw a dog so peaceful as he is tonight. He was totally matted and he had to be shaved and bathed to get him to smell and look great. He ate well and looks and smells so good as he peacefully sleeps right now. I feel so happy for him. He will NOT let me put him down. He curls right up and when I stand up...he wants me to carry him everywhere. My vet said.....he retired to your home and will never have to want for anything...what a lucky guy. We are the lucky ones with our fabulous babies. He is just slightly bigger than Brook.

My precious Briana and her family had the flu! Yuck!

My sweet daughter and her boys were sick this weekend. The two boys (Colten and Gage) and mama had the flu. Hate when I am this far away and can't help them or make them better.

Our precious baby girl Bindi has been limping the last couple of days. Will be watching her carefully. Hope she does not have luxating patella!!! She can walk with a slight limp, and she can go down the stairs but she is having trouble going back up and trouble jumping onto the couch. Will watch and if no better will have an x-ray and checkup done by the vet.

We spent the last weekend of January visiting our two families in Texas. Briana and Doug and their boys Colten and Gage and Marc and Crystal and their family Ella, Chase, Madison (who was gone) and Jadon (who was gone). Saw Marc's new house and had dinner with them. Stayed at Bri's house and loved on the boys and enjoyed our visit. We hated to leave and had so much fun.

Our Cruise

We got to go on another cruise with my daughter (Erin) and her family again. This time we went to Nassau, Bahamas; Puerto Rico, and St. Maarten plus Half Moon Cay. It was fabulous! The most fun we have had in a long time. Have to do another with the whole family. What a dream!

Good bye my precious boy, Scooter. You had so many wonderful years with us, I wish that we had had so many more. I miss you every single day. You were so tiny (2.5 lbs) but you had a big attitude and let us all know. There is a "small" hole in my heart where you were but a large amount of your love still remains.
